He carries an exceptional 100% foundation-bred pedigree that is a true "blast from the past" that is deeply rooted in a treasure of ancient Morgan bloodlines. His striking black coat, combined with powerful conformation, fluid movement, and an outstanding trainable disposition, gives rise to a young stallion with a commanding presence. "Preacher" instantly captures attention with his excellent type and outstanding disposition. He is a model athlete that is naturally well balanced with impeccable freedom in his shoulder, a strong and short back, beautiful length of neck, and lovely impulsion in all 3 of his clean gaits. He is very intelligent, a fast learner and he desires to please.

 
He is a son of the highly popular stallion, Prairie Hill Armani, and we are thrilled that he will undoubtedly produce performance horses that are suited for both amateurs and professionals. We look forward to the start of his breeding career and his offspring in 2027. 

Tragically, we lost our herd sire, La Cheval Knight Royale, to a fatal ground lightning strike in April 2024. We decided not long after his death that we would disperse most of our herd and occasionally produce a foal or two a year to an outside stallion. As we began to accept the loss we realized he left us with two wonderful splash fillies, Selah's Splashing Ovation and Selah's Royal Rendition. We restructured and rebuilt our program using outside stallions and we are blessed and optimistic about the future. 

There will never be a Morgan horse that will compare to the loving bond Knight and I shared together, or the kindness he showed everyone that met him. He contributed to the breed through his superior 11 descendants. We retained 2 fillies that maintain his regal presence in our lives and we look forward to Knight's grandget starting to arrive in 2028. You can visit his memoriam page here.
