2026 Foals that are confirmed due -

April 2026 - An exceptional guaranteed dun splash by MHB Double Troubadour who is a 2 year old son out of the popular dun stallion, Tocaras's Double Dose. The buckskin dam is Shez Beyond Marvelous who is a homozygous splash and one of only approximately 17 in the breed. This foal is expected in April and what an exciting cross! There are less than a handful of splash duns in the breed and this foal will also be homozygous dominant black extension! This guaranteed splash dun foal will be Bay dun, Dunskin, Grullo or Smoky Grullo with a genetic code of EE ?? Dd nSW1. We are hoping for a Grullo splash and as far as we know, none currently exists in the breed.

May 2026 - A very exciting splash cross out of the proven splash producing, MEMC Crown Royal! This will be Roseridge Aurora's first foal and it will be bay, buckskin, palomino or chestnut with 25% for homozygous splash, 50% heterozygous splash and 25% no splash.

She's now being offered to a perfect home!

Selah's Royal Rendition (La Cheval Knight Royale x Shez  Beyond Marvelous)

Foaled on 1/24/25, "Kassie" is a rare splash bay filly. She is also homozygous dominant black extension (EE Aa nSW1) and she cannot produce red base color foals (chestnut, palomino, red dun etc).

With an arched neck, expressive eyes, compact muscular build, and that signature Morgan presence, she personifies the breed's timeless elegance and versatility. Athletic, intelligent, and bred for excellence, she's destined to excel in the show ring, out on the trail, or as a future broodmare producing fancy, colorful foals.

Kassie is a regal filly with rare distinction! She is the last Morgan filly by the late La Cheval Knight Royale and she did not disappoint! If the right breeder/show home is interested in making her a part of their home, we will consider selling because we recently acquired a splash mare of breeding age. If you'd like to know more, please let us know so we can ensure it is the right fit for Kassie and her new owner too.

Her Pedigree Summary (Click here to view it):

Kassie's late sire, "Knight," was grandson and great grandson of the 4 time World Champion, UVM Promise, who left a legacy on the breed through his many wins and the champions that descended from his prestigious bloodlines.

Her sire was also grandson of the enviable Grand National Champion, UVM Tennyson, dual performance / in-hand champion. He sired the Grand Champions UVM Opportunity, Cum Laude Nell and UVM Windfall (Hall of Fame) with many of his get having had admirable show careers.

Kassie's grand dam descends from the highly regarded Marvelous Intrigue (Regional Hunter and In-hand Champion, and he is her source of Splash) through Marvelous Ideal (Lippitt Champion Sire of Get) and her pedigree adds additional Lippitt Club foundation influence on several other lines in her pedigree.

TESTIMONIALS

"I purchased my very first Morgan horse (a weanling named Selah It Is Well) from Selah Morgan Horses, and it was such a stress-free transaction. Cindy showed me his pedigree, and sent me tons of pictures and videos of him, as well as his dam and sire, so I knew exactly what I was getting when we pulled in to pick him up. They take great care of their foals, and build a solid groundwork foundation. Knight's kind temperament seems to shine through his lineage, as well as his exceptional conformation. The only issue I have is the temptation to buy more (if not all) of his offspring. I would absolutely purchase from them again!" ~ Brittany Hayden Pound, Oklahoma, Selah It Is Well

"Cindy is an amazing horse breeder/trainer and everything she told me about the horse I purchased from her was spot on! There were no hidden surprises.......not one!!! Cindy is a true professional in her trade and has a wealth of knowledge and experience well beyond her years. It's truly amazing that someone cares so much about these horses to put so much work and effort into this breed.

Hannah has quickly become a barn favorite with the vet, farrier and family all due to her IMPECCABLE ground manners and sweet personality! She is just as perfect under saddle and safe as can be! I was lucky enough to find Cindy at Crown Oaks Ranch-Selah Morgan horses and now I own the horse of my dreams!!!!

Crown Oaks Ranch is so nice and the place is beautiful and peaceful.

I will always recommend this place to anyone!" ~ Kelly Lewis, Texas, LR Amie Nightmare

"We visited Selah Morgans to look at Selah MidKnight Highlight, ("Asher"). He was barely 2-months-old but already well grounded. He did not hesitate to walk with me on lead and was acclimated to a lot of things (i.e., electric clippers, fly spray, picking up his hooves etc.). We also met his dam Hazelrun Dominique ("Minnie") and his sire, La Cheval Knight Royale ("Knight") and they were both very calm and so friendly that we decided to get Asher.

Cindy is very nice and very accommodating. She's very honest and never said anything that her horses can't do. She constantly updated us about how Asher was doing and she provided pictures and videos.

We visited multiple times and on one of these visits nobody was there. Cindy said they were not available but would open the automatic gate for us if we felt comfortable on our own. This is when I realized how well Cindy trained this herd. They were in the pasture and slowly walked towards us when we entered through the gate. Even the stallion acted like he knew me all his life and was so well behaved and gentle.

Picking up Asher 4 months later was very uneventful and he loaded and unloaded without hesitation. After suddenly being taken away from his herd and thrown into a new environment, it did not phase him. What a bold and wonderful weanling and he is so very smart for knowing so much at such a young age.

Many thanks to Cindy for training him so well! He was so prepared for his big move that it seems like he was born and raised here. If I am ever to get one more horse it will be a Selah Morgan." - Ariel Leonardo, Texas, Selah Midknight Highlight
